Steam Cleaning and Shampoo Cleaning
As our name suggests, you’ll get the Grand Steam experience with us. Steam cleaning carpets is a deeper clean and doesn’t use harsh chemicals like shampoo cleaning. Just like when you shampoo your hair, shampoo cleaning carpets uses a foaming detergent that’s scrubbed into the carpet with a brush machine, then extracted. With steam cleaning, we use specialized equipment and hot water under pressure to rinse deep into the carpet fibers, followed by hot water extraction that sucks the dirt and water out with a powerful vacuum.

How long do you have to stay off carpet after steam cleaning?Depending on the time of year, it usually takes 6–12 hours for carpets to dry completely after steam cleaning. You can walk on them sooner with clean socks, but it’s best to avoid heavy traffic until they’re fully dry. Of course, here in Phoenix with our low humidity and high temperatures in the summer, it’s probably safe to lean closer to the 6 hours.
